Toy Collection & Play Planner
In short: Toy Collection & Play Planner has no account, no adverts and no analytics. Everything you enter stays on your phone and the app does not send it anywhere.
Who we are
Toy Collection & Play Planner is a free Android app presented at toycollectionplanner.click. For any question about this policy or your data, write to [email protected].
What the app stores
Only what you type or choose in the app:
- your toys, games and kits: name, category, the maker's age guidance, number of pieces, players, session length, where it is kept, rotation group, an optional price paid, notes, and parts with their counts;
- up to three photos per set that you choose in the Android file picker;
- your play diary (date, sets, minutes, number of players, how it went, your notes), play plans and packing lists;
- rotation settings and app settings.
The app does not ask for names, ages or any other details about children or other people.
Where it is stored
All of this is stored only on your device, in the app's private storage. Photos are resized and copied into the app's private folder. We do not run servers for the app and we never receive your data.
What leaves your device
Nothing, unless you decide to share a file yourself. When you export a PDF (a play plan, inventory cards, the missing-pieces list or a packing list), share plain text or make a backup file, the app creates the file on your phone and hands it to the Android share sheet or saves it in a folder you pick. Where it goes next is your choice.
The app makes no network requests. Links on its About screen (this website, this policy and the e-mail address) open in your own browser or e-mail app.
Third parties
The app contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking software and no social or cloud services. No data is sold or shared with anyone.
Permissions
The app does not ask for any permission while you use it. It does not use your location, camera, microphone or contacts. Photos and backup files are opened through the Android file picker, which gives the app access only to the file you choose. Some entries in the app's manifest come from the framework it is built with; they are not used to collect anything.
Notifications, purchases and adverts
There are none. Swap days and plans are shown inside the app only.
Children
The app is meant for parents and carers who look after the family's toys. It does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Keeping and deleting your data
Your data stays on the device until you delete it. You can delete single records in the app, delete everything in Settings → Delete all data, or uninstall the app, which removes its data from the device. Backup files you have made are kept wherever you saved them and are under your control.
Your rights and requests
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. If you have a question or a privacy request, write to [email protected] and we will explain how to view or delete the data on your device.
Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects your privacy, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
